Conditions of entry:
- Only registered Competitive swimmers are eligible to enter this meet.
- Entry is via the SNZ Database, entries close Tuesday 9 December 2025 at 22:00pm or when the venue is deemed to be at capacity.
- Entry fee is $7.50 per event, payment via the database at the time of entry. All fees are to be paid prior to the meet.
- No Times will be accepted for 50m and 100m events ONLY, however a coach’s time must be supplied within 48 hours.
- All events will be timed finals.
- 400m and 200m events may be restricted if excessive entries are received. Swimmers must have a time in the database to be able to enter these events.
- Multi Class swimmers are not required to meet qualifying times however a time must be supplied.
- Swimming Manawatu reserves the right to amend or alter the programme if required.
- An officials’ break may be held.
- No refunds for withdrawals after 5pm 11 December 2025, unless a medical certificate is supplied.
- Swimmers may enter a maximum of 5 individual events.
- Meet conducted under World Aquatics, SNZ and local rules.
- All participants must agree to comply with the sports anti-doping rules.
- An official photographer may be present.
- Results will be published in age groups – 8 yrs & under, 9 yrs, 10 yrs, 11yrs, 12yrs, 13yrs, 14yrs, 15yrs, 16yrs and over, Open Para. The male and female Manawatu swimmer in each age group, with the most points, will receive free entry to two events per session at the Manawatu Age Group Championships. The free entry is for Manawatu Age Groups 2026 only and is not transferable.
- Swimming Manawatu will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur at this meet.
