Conditions of Entry
Open to all SNZ registered Competitive swimmers.
Entries close Sunday 9th November 2025 or when 150 swimmers enter, whichever occurs first.
Entry Fee: $8.50 Per Event - Payment must be submitted online via Fastlane at time of entry.
No times: please submit Coaches time by 11th November 2025 to levinrace@gmail.com
All events will be Timed Finals. Results in gender age groups - 9 & under, 10-11, 12-13, 14-15, 16 & over and mixed Open Multi Class. Ribbons for 1st-3rd.
200m events may be restricted if excessive entries are received.
*The Paul Kent 200m Medley Relay is between Manawatu Clubs, however other Clubs arewelcome to take part.
Levin Swimming Clubreserves the right to amendor alter the program if required.
Swimmers may enter a maximum of 4 events plus relays.
No refunds for withdrawals after 5pm, Thursday 13th November 2025 (unless a medical certificate is supplied).
This meet is an official meet& will be conducted under SNZ, World Aquatics, and local rules.
All participants must agree to comply with the sport’s anti-doping rules.
By entering this meet, participants agree to allow images (e.g. photography, video etc) to be taken by media approved by LSC. Images are only to be used for legitimate purposes & used in accordance with the SNZ Member Protection Policy.
Levin Swimming Club will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred during the meet.
Clubs are required to supply ONE Timekeeper for every FOUR swimmers entered please.
In case of emergency, follow the direction of your Team Manager and Pool Staff.
Free spectator entry. Programs will be available for $3. There will also be a raffle, please bring cash as no eftpos available.
Due to limited seating Grandstand seating is primarily reserved for swimmers, so would be beneficial to bring a folding chair.
Doors open at 12.30pm. Entry is through the main reception.
