Brisket Recipe
Rub for the beef Brisket
1 tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Onion Powder
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
¾ tsp. Mustard Powder
1 tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Black Pepper
Place brisket in oven proof casserole dish with a lid. Mix all ingredients above together and then rub onto approx. 1kg of brisket.
Brisket Sauce
2 Garlic Cloves
½ cup Apple Cider
1 ½ cup Ketchup
½ cup Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 tsp. Onion Powder
2 tsp. Mustard Powder
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 cups water
Mix all ingredients together, tip over the brisket. Place lid on brisket and bake in oven @160 for at least four hours. Enjoy 😊
