Meet Conditions:
- Swimmers age is as at 3 May 2026.
- Swimmers registered in the Swimming New Zealand database must enter on line via Fastlane; unregistered swimmers need to enter manually, using the attached form, via their school.
- All events will be swum as timed finals, placings will be declared on times in age groups.
- Entries must be made on the form supplied. Please ensure that swimmers are entered in the correct age group. Age Groups are: - 13 and under; 14 years; 15 years; 16 and over
- Entries must include: - surname; first name; date of birth and gender.
- All age groups in each event will be swim together; results will be produced in age groups.
- Entry fees $5.00 per individual event, relays free. Entry fees are payable prior to the meet. Please make payment directly to the Swimming Manawatu bank account 010745-0079438-00; please ensure that your school name is used as a reference.
- Swimmers are limited to four individual events plus relays. Relay swimmers must have competed in one individual event. There is no limit on the number of swimmers schools can enter in each event.
- Relays can comprise any combination of four swimmers.
- Composite relay team entries will be accepted where the swimmers schools have fewer than four swimmers.
- Schools are required to provide timekeepers for the event; allocations will be made once entries have been received.
- For manual entries please ensure swimmer and entry totals are completed on the final page of the entry sheet.
- No late entries accepted.
- The swimmers entered must be the swimmers who compete.
Participants who have entered this event agree to allow images (e.g. photography, video, etc.) to be taken by accredited, approved media. Images are only to be used for legitimate purposes by Swimming Manawatu in accordance with the SNZ Member Protection Policy.
The completed Principal Permission form must be returned to Swimming Manawatu manswim.racing@gmail.com by 5pm Wednesday 29 April 2026.
All participants must agree to comply with the Sports Anti- Doping Rules and Regulations.
The results of this meet are unofficial, they can be used as entry times for regional and club events, but cannot be used as qualifying times for SNZ events.
