TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This official event is open to all Competitive Swimmers who are registered in the SNZ database.
Entries close Sunday 4th October at 11:59pm. Entries must be submitted on-line through Fastlane.
Late entries will be accepted up to 5:00pm on Tuesday 6th October on payment of $10, in addition to the entry fee.
Ice Breakers reserve the right to close entries early if competitor numbers reach 180 swimmers.
Entry fee is $8.50 per event with a limit of 5 events. Age as at 11th October 2026.
Ice Breaker Aquatics reserve the right to limit entries or change the programme. If session times are too long, 200m events may be limited to the top 12 seeded swimmers.
This meet will be swum under SNZ/World Aquatics and local rules. All events will be swum as mixed gender timed finals. Marshalling will be in place.
No refunds for scratchings will be considered after the psych sheets have been compiled, unless accompanied by a medical certificate.
Clubs are required to provide one Timekeeper for every four swimmers entered.
An official photographer may be present.

Ice Breaker Aquatics will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred during the meet.
There will be an Official’s break of approximately 25 minutes, to be confirmed.
